Elizabethtown Community and Technical College will host a college transfer fair on Tuesday, April 10, from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m. in the atrium of the Regional Postsecondary Center. Transfer fairs are being held at colleges throughout the Kentucky Community and Technical College System on different days this spring. They are free and open to the public.
The Transfer Fairs, sponsored by the Kentucky Association of College Registrars and Admissions Officers (KACRAO), offer KCTCS students first-hand information from representatives of four-year colleges and universities about how to transfer to these institutions to pursue a baccalaureate degree. Representatives from these institutions will share:
• How academic credits transfer from a KCTCS college to a four-year institution
• How and where to apply for financial aid
• The majors offered at their four-year institution
• What campus life is like at their institution
